– Feed your body

The importance of a healthy breakfast cannot be overstated. I make sure to nourish my body with a balanced meal.

This not only fuels my body for the day, but also sets a discipline in eating habits and health consciousness.

Discipline is about mental strength, and it’s also about physical well-being.

– Drink a lot

Need to drink a glass of water as soon as wake up early this in my morning routine.

Water starts the metabolism, hydrates the body after a night’s rest, and aid digestion.

It’s just a simple act that requires no effort but pays off in maintaining physical health and discipline.

– Practice Gratitude

To thank and have gratitude about things that we have in our life I take a moment each morning. I reflect on the things that I am grateful for.

This simple act of gratitude change my focus from what’s wrong and right, nourishing a positive mindset that encourages discipline.

This reflects the power of gratitude in creating abundance and discipline in one’s life.

– Face Your Fears

I challenge myself to face a fear and this I do every morning. It could be something as small as making a undesired small plan or as big as preparing a new speaking for my next conference.

I heard from Marisa Peers that saying: “Do the bad things first”. Which means do the things that you don’t desire first, and after that remain time the the things that we love to do.

By confronting my fears first, I’m not only building my courage, but also supporting my discipline.

Remember that growth often happens outside our comfort zones.

– Limit Distractions

Today in this unlimited digital age, distraction is just a click in my phone or tablet. I make it a point to limit these potential disruptions in the morning. Focusing in my morning routine and do more creative things. This is allowing me to focus on my tasks and strengthens my self-discipline.

Remember, how you start your day often dictates how the rest of it.

– Reflect on Your Goals

Finally, I take a moment each morning to reflect on my personal and professional goals.

Reminding myself of what I am working towards provides a sense of direction and purpose.

This daily reminder keeps me focused, fuels my motivation, and strengthens my discipline to work towards my goals consistently.

Those are some morning routine to create a discipline for myself and being more productive, self-confident, creative and positive which we need most in our days.
